1. Grusch, Brown, Borland, Nuccetelli — filmed direct-to-POTUS appeal (11 August). The video — posted to X by the Wall Street Mav account and re-hosted with the fuller context on r/UFOs on 11 August — records four individuals from the whistleblower and adjacent-legal tier asking the President to grant immunity by executive order so that classified UAP witnesses can testify publicly without job or clearance risk. Grusch on camera repeats the standing evidentiary claim: “I’ve seen [photos, videos of NHI craft, bodies] with my own eyes, had these discussions with nations most senior leaders in a classified environment.” Matthew Brown’s included statement extends the ask to a specific NDA-abrogation-plus-immunity package rather than a general amnesty. The Part 2 release — following Part 1 titled “The Oval Office: ET’s, UAP’s and Disclosure” — is a long-form on-camera account by Robert Bigelow of the AAWSAP (Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications) program’s history and Bigelow’s consciousness-research framing (from the trailer: “we have proof that you survive your container”). Adjacent commentary from Chris Sharp of Liberation Times reports that “Bigelow provided Trump with a disclosure speech. That’s been confirmed now” — the Council files this as claimed but unverified secondary reporting, not primary-source. 3. TIME “UAPs and Government Secrets” video (12 August), following 6 August feature. TIME published a video segment on 12 August accompanying their 6 August feature “America Is Finally Taking Extraterrestrials Seriously”. The video treats the UAPDA legislative track, the Nimitz Tic-Tac incident (Case #00041), and disclosure-scenario implications at newsroom register — not tabloid.
